Fettuccine - 375g

Fresh Fettuccine is spaghetti that we jump on until it’s flat! Look I have to be honest, I know our customers love our fresh fettuccine but I can’t get too excited about it. It’s kind of, dare I say it, boring…at least when you compare it with our amazing and full of flavour raviolis, tortellinis, lasagnas etc.

Our raviolis are so good, I just wonder why anyone would want to eat any of the plain pastas…like our Fresh Fettuccine. Sam my father-in-law who makes all our pasta is a traditionalist, and would totally freak out if he saw what I had written here. But he wont read it, so I’m safe, as he really isn’t into computers.

Fhew! However it’s not about me, it’s about you! If you want fettuccine, then simply buy some and I’ll zip my big gob! If you like fettuccine, then you just go ahead and get it! I will not think anything less of you…if you don’t prefer my amazing raviolis.

In all seriousness, go on and buy it! Seriously, if you really must have it, add it to your basket now (as long as you add beef cheek red wine ravioli as well…just so I can educate you on pasta with serious flavour!) I’ll still love you even if you do buy our fettuccine on its own. Nathan, Tommy Sugo Founder.

FAQs

What is Tommy Sugo Fettuccine made from?

Tommy Sugo Fettuccine is made from quality ingredients to create a fresh pasta with a smooth and satisfying texture. Its long, flat shape makes it ideal for holding sauces. It is a versatile choice for preparing a range of Italian-style meals at home.

What sauce goes well with Fettuccine?

Fettuccine pairs well with creamy sauces such as Alfredo, as well as tomato-based sauces and pesto. Its flat shape helps the sauce coat the pasta evenly with every bite. You can also keep it simple with olive oil, herbs and Parmesan.

How do I cook Fettuccine?

Cook the fettuccine in a pot of boiling salted water until it reaches your preferred texture. Stir gently while cooking to help separate the pasta strands. Drain well and combine it with your favourite sauce before serving.

How much Fettuccine comes in a pack?

Each pack contains 375g of Fettuccine, providing a convenient amount for preparing a pasta meal at home. It can be served with your preferred sauce and toppings. Add vegetables, meat or seafood if you want to create a more complete dish.

What makes Fettuccine different from other pasta?

Fettuccine is a long, flat pasta that is wider than spaghetti and works especially well with rich or creamy sauces. Its shape provides plenty of surface area for sauces to cling to. This makes it a versatile pasta for both simple and hearty recipes.
