Beef Cheek Lasagne with Wholemeal Pasta
We make our own wholemeal lasagna sheets from scratch and slow cook the beef cheek for up to 8 hours, before mincing it ourselves, and putting the magic together. We know every step of every ingredient, and there are no short cuts to deliver perfection here.
As we get the full beef cheek into the kitchen, we know the full journey of all the ingredients and this makes a serious difference when it comes to seriously good ingredients and flavour. It’s a task of love, time-consuming and all hand-made and the price reflects it, but you will find it is worth every cent.
This has become our most popular lasagna. Although it’s more expensive than our other Harvey Beef Lasagna, it outsells our traditional lasagna now 2 to 1. Being the Rolls Royce of lasagnas, our chefs first created this one a few years ago as a one-off Christmas special.
Our customers then demanded we keep making it…so we did!
